Working at SERI: Jacqueline Würth
Gain insight into the work of SERI: Jacqueline Würth is a project manager in the Strategic Management of ERI Unit.

What do you do exactly?
As Project Manager in the Strategic Management of ERI Unit, Strategy and National Relations Division, I coordinate key initiatives, including the preparation of the ERI Dispatch submitted to parliament every four years. I also provide management with input on strategically and politically relevant projects and priorities.
What do you like about your work in particular?
What I value most in my role is the diversity of tasks. The engaging topics in a policy-oriented environment make the work not only diverse, but also intellectually enriching. The dynamic exchange within the team and across the organisation is particularly motivating. As our unit plays a broad coordinating role, I gain insights into many areas of SERI and actively shape networking and collaboration – making my work both enriching and inspiring.
What challenges do you expect in the near future?
One of the more challenging aspects of my role is managing the volume and variety of tasks, which often requires rapid shifts between topics and activities. Another challenge is that many tasks cannot be scheduled or anticipated. Urgent matters frequently override my planned workload. While demanding, this unpredictability also brings energy and momentum to my work.
