Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and data protection legislation stipulate that all individuals are entitled to protection of their personal sphere as well as to protection against the misuse of their personal data. SERI strictly abides by these provisions.

Personal data are handled in a strictly confidential manner and are not sold or divulged to third parties.

We work closely with the company that hosts our website to ensure that all means are used to protect our database from outside intrusion, loss, misuse or falsification.

No personal data are logged when users access our website. The Internet server of the company that hosts our website only records non-personal usage data that enables us to identify usage trends and subsequently improve our offer. Usage data are not linked to personal data.

These rules do not, however, apply to voluntary contact that you make with us. If you enter your e-mail address, it will be saved in a separate database that does not have any link with anonymous log files. You may cancel your registration at any time.
