At the end of 2023, the Federal Council fully renewed the composition of the Federal Commission for Scholarships for Foreign Students (FCS). We took the opportunity to interview Prof. Dr Stefano Bernasconi (ETH), the newly appointed FCS President, and the two former Co-Presidents Prof. Dr David Giauque (UniL) and Prof. Dr Michael Gibbert (USI).
