Health data should be used optimally

The healthcare sector generates large amounts of data that can prove invaluable to researchers seeking new treatments and medicines. In consultation with the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the Federal Statistical Office (FSO), SERI has tasked three experts to develop a strategic action plan for health data to be structured in a way that would facilitate research in the short and long term.
